Autodesk SSO Error 400
1. Lookup user in Okta. Check ObjectGUID. If blank, proceed.
2. Disconnect user account from Workday. Don’t reset password.
3. Scroll down in profile and verify ObjectGUID is now present. If present, proceed.
4. In Okta, go to Directory, Profile Sources, Workday, Import. Confirm user. You may need to run "Import Now" and wait 5 min for it to complete.
6. Verify user is still assigned the Autodesk SSO app in Okta. If not, add user to app.
7. Ask user to test.
