If user belongs to the trojanbattery.com domain add Route for VPN Access Per solution https://support.trojanbattery.com/a/solutions/articles/7000042521

Add Blue Bell to Trojan Battery Co VPN

Connect to users PC.
Open powershell as administrator.
For Blue Bell, run: Add-VpnConnectionRoute -ConnectionName "TBC_VPN" -DestinationPrefix 192.168.0.0/24
Disconnect VPN, reconnect VPN and test ping.

\\trojanbattery.com\software\IT\Infor XA Powerlink\xaclient_H192.168.0.254_P36001.exe

Go with the defaults for the setup wizard except for the Default environment, see settings below:

Host: 192.168.0.254

Port: 36001 (should be the default)

Environment: 7Q

Name: Your choice; I would use MAPICS 7Q Production

Once completed if icon does not show up on desktop, then send it to the desktop

C:\Infor\ERP XA Client\Infor XA R9 Power-Link.exe

Please note that on n the first login it does an update and it takes a while (5-10min to update).
