OHM/Okta Setup
Create the user in OHM
- Users must have a TBC/TBS email address in order to access OHM.
- The username must be the email prefix for the new user. For example, if creating an account for jsmith@trojanbattery.com, then the email prefix is jsmith.
- The password should be a randomly generated password at least 15 digits in length. A password generator utility is great for this, https://passwordsgenerator.net/. The password should never be documented after entering into OHM and the user should never be provided his password. It's not needed or necessary for the user.
- Enter the email address for the new user.
- Ensure "Password Never Expires" and "User Can Not Change Password" are checked.
- Apply any other settings as needed.
