Requesting Hardware
If you are requesting equipment that IT will need to setup or any equipment that will need a Network Connection, please submit your request via the Support Portal.
You may access the Support Portal from any pc from this link: https://support.trojanbattery.com/
You can also access the Support Portal through your Okta Apps Dashboard by searching in the search bar for support or clicking the Support Portal tile
Select Request a service. If you do not see Request a service, click Login in the top right corner
Select Hardware.
Select the relevant hardware you are requesting and fill out all of the fields. If the hardware you are requesting is not listed select Non-Standard Hardware Item and make sure to fill in all fields
- Requests with an associated cost will be routed to the Requester's supervisor for approval.
- Once the form is submitted a service request will be created.
- It will be processed and if approved ordered.
