To submit an IT Support ticket you can follow this link: https://support.trojanbattery.com/
You can also access the Support Portal through your Okta Apps Dashboard by searching in the search bar for support or clicking the Support Portal tile
On the Support home page select Report an issue
Fill out all fields in the Report an Issue section. Please be descriptive. You can also attach a screenshot of the issue. At the bottom, in the drop down menu, select IT.

After you select IT, a Sub-Category drop down menu will appear. Select your location and finally select Submit.
Once submitted you will receive an acknowledgement email that contains a link to your ticket. The link will allow you to check the status of your ticket and add comments. Please only respond in the ticket. This allows any Technician to have all the information relevant to your issue. You do not need to contact IT. Someone from IT will contact you after you have submitted the ticket and work with you to resolve your issue.
